I am from Gambia and I joined the Wits Maths Connect Secondary project as a doctoral fellow in 2016. My role in the project consist of reviewing the course content and assessment, in relation to its implementation, and providing support in Algebra and Function content areas and their teaching in holiday sessions. My research focus is on teachers’ uptake of professional development, in relation to the conceptualisation of PD resources (The MDI Framework) as a boundary object.
